Is it possible to lock content in portrait mode?

After publishing to html5 I want the content to be locked in portrait mode - is this possible in Captivate 8?

Video doesn't play in Android 4.2.2, but it plays in Android 4.1.2 (Captivate 8)

I have a slide with an event video (mp4). I publish to HTML5.

The video plays as expected in Android 4.1.2's built in browser, but it doesn't play in Android 4.2.2's built in browser.

I have tried with and without autoplay. I've also tried starting the video with a button.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Image not showing in accordion

I use an accordion interaction in an html5 responsive Captivate 8 project. In one item I've added an image (width 150 px; height 100 px; jpg or png). After publishing the image doesn't show up - just a rectangle with a question mark. What is going wrong?

How to use setVariableValue on a variable of type geoLocation

I want to assign a value to a variable of type geoLocation via cpAPIInterface.setVariableValue. The first parameter is the name of the variable - no problem. The second parameter is the new value, but how do I put 3 values (longitude, latitude and accuracy) in one string?

Problems with the API method navigateToTime

The API method navigateToTime only works for me in swf, not in HTML5. Is this a bug?

Error in compostion from ver 1.5 when migrated to ver 3.3

I've developed a composition in ver 1.5. Yesterday I opened it in ver 3.3 and published.

When I try to open it in the browser (Chrome, IE 11 or IE 9), I get this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'appendChild' of null

It is reported in edge.3.0.0.min.js line 268 character 253

Can anyone explain / point to a solution.

I checked the size of my Samsung Galaxy SII phone's screen: 480 X 800 pixels.

I then developed an Edge Animate with the dimensions 480 X 800 pixels.

When I run my Edge Animate composition on my phone, it appears as a little box much smaller than the screen.

WHY?

Can't hide symbol

This code works fine:

sym.getSymbol("orangeBtn"+i).$("orangeTxt").html(i);

But this code doesn't work:

sym.getSymbol("orangeBtn"+i).getSymbolElement().hide();

The two lines of code are in the same function.

What is the problem with hide?

Bug in Adobe Presenter 8 Accordion Interaction

If I surround the text in the instructions field with double quotes, the interaction doesn't work in preview and after publishing. I quess it must be a bug?

Presentation title

I set my presentation title to say Handwash, but it doesn't show up in the imsmanifest. Here the title is still Adobe Presenter Presentation. How come?

I first installed Presenter 8 trial. Then I installed Captivate 6 trial. Now I can't invoke Captivate from the Presenter ribbon in PowerPoint. How come?
