Prelude Crashing on "Ingest" Win7. 64

Yes... i've searched the forums and have seen all the threads on creating the folder 2.0 or whatever.

Every other application works except for Prelude. Adobe... can you assist with this?

The software is basically useless if I am unable to ingest media.

disable mouse over pop up menu in LR5

How can I disable mouse over pop up menu in LR5? My OS is Win7, each time I mouse over a named folder in my library on folder side I have a menu pop up telling me the location of the said folder. I do not wish to have this option and would like to disable this distraction thank you in advance.

Redundant-backup by 'Importing from another catalog' constantly crashing.

Hello,

While in my BackUp Catalog I will perform a redundant-backup by 'Importing from another Catalog', the problem occurred after downloading the latest LR 5.6 update when I try to perform this task it is now constantly crashing.

I run LR on my Win 7, 64bit PC.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and downloaded direct and nothing is resolving the issue. My BackUp Cat can not even update nor add 20 new photos from my Main Catalog.

Any solutions or info greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to import DNG files into PP

I open up the latest update to Premiere Pro to test out the CinemaDNG support but when I go...

File > Import > (select my folder containing my DNG files) I am unable to Import as 'Image Sequence'. The check box remains uncheck-able.

Am I doing something wrong or missing a step here?

After I click 'import' it appears as its beginning to import the files then an error is generated:

File Import Failure

Error Message:
The file appears to have no media data.
