SFTP uploads to AU data centre fails leaving 0 byte file on the server

Hi all,

Yesterday afternoon (5th Dec) sftp uploads stopped working. They had been working sucessfully up to that point, and I haven't made any changes to my configuration.

Bottom line - when I sync from Dreamweaver, it claims to copy the file sucessfully, however the end result is a 0 byte file on the server.

I tried connecting with a sftp client (Cyberduck) to see what was going on. When I copy a file using cyberduck, the same thing happens - it appears to copy sucessfully (ie. all bytes appear to transfer sucessfully), however a 0 byte file on the server is all I end up with.

What could be going on here? Every page I've updated since yesterday is 0 bytes so our site is no longer available.

Please, any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Help with a Bad Request on the CRM API

Hi All,

I'm new the BC API's and have an issue I'm hoping someone can help with.

The following request generates a Bad Request... but I can't see why. Can anyone see what I've done wrong?

I've also included a second request in this email with a badly formatted timestamp which is giving me an understandable error - bad format I've only included this second request because it appears to be reading it - at least until it fins an error - which makes me think that the format is almost correct.

Forum post ID's and broken tag rendering

Hi all and Merry summer solstice

How do I reference the forum post ID's?

I saw a post relating to the tag {tag_blogpostid} - what is the equivilent tag for forum posts?

My customer is a forum user, and they have used really basic forums in the past, however to bring the BC forum up to a really basic functionality level, we have to impliment typical forum features externally. However, to achieve this we MUST be able to reference the forum post ID's.

What is the tag for this?

I've also noticed that many tags don't seem to render properly - eg. {tag_postauthoralias} will render once, but every other occurance fails to work. I gather this is a bug?

Avatar ShowThumbnail returns bad request

Hi All,

I've enabled the Avatar in the forum, however all the requests to ShowThumbnail.aspx return "Bad Request"

I tried uploading and referencing the placeholder image:

{tag_avatar,/assets/images/Avatar50.png,50px,50px}

however I get the same result.

Is there something I've missed?

After adding a forum post, module tags are displayed in posts

Hi again

I added the "facebook like" tag to my posts:

{module_facebooklike,moduleTemplateGroup="Default",language="en_US",url="",layout="standar d",showFaces="true",width="75",verb="like",font="",colorScheme="light",send="true"}

...and the module renders nicely when first displaying the posts page.

However, after adding a new post the tag itself (as opposed to the module it references) renders in each of the posts.

Also, how do I get the url to reference the post it's displayed with?
