Can I send an email to a Responder if his response is incomplete?

I do not understand if I can process the field values in a response, then if the response is incorrect or incomplete, can I send an e-mail back to the Responder? I want to indicate in the email the specific fields which are not right in his form. Of course, what I really want is that he can fix his form entry and re-submit. But I don't think that that is possible on FormsCentral.
