Can I create 'Polls' in Adobe Muse CC

I have just purchased a creative cloud account so that I could try Muse CC for a time.

My website idea is very simple but one of the main elements of it is a poll in which the viewer can select either 'Yes' or 'No' and once selected the view changes from a 2 option poll to the results of that poll so far.

Is this possible in Muse CC. I have checked everywhere and cannot find anything referencing the use or implementation of polls in Muse CC.

I just need a yes or no answer funnily enough, if it's a feature of Muse I will find it eventually, but After searching I thought I would come here for confirmation of whether or not we can create our own polls using Muse CC for our website.

Any help any one can give here would be greatly appreciated, and I thank you in advance to anyone that stops by to guide me for your time!

Kindest Regards

Nial
