Moving a Muse Site to a client that has BC

I have a site in progress (in Muse) that I want to push over to my client's BC account which, I understand has 4 open slots.

Does anyone know step-by-step how to do this without blowing up the client's existing site. I only want to move it because she has it upgraded and I want to create a blog. However, I do not want to replace her existing site until the Muse site is perfect.

Any suggestions?

Business Catalyst is no longer part of Adobe Cloud?

I recently found a charge of $419.88 on my credit card for Business Catalyst. I was of the understanding that Business Catalyst was part of my Cloud account. Has this changed and, if so, where did this charge originate?

Can I build a blog in my BC free sites? MuseGrid.com says I have to upgrade my Business Catalyst and then pay for a widget from MuseGrid.com as well. Is this the case?
