punctuation on adobe reflow text

Hi, people.

I would like to some help with a problem in the EDGE REFLOW CC.

The thing is, since I have started to design my website in the REFLOW, every text that I write in my pages are with a strange bug: for all type of Web font or local font, the text usually appears like that:

Cadastre-se no espaÇo Atenah. Assim vocÊ poderÁ agendar seu horÁrio pelo site de maneira rÁpida e prÁtica.

Its a portuguese text, but Actually, the text appears with the punctuation in CAPs (like Ç Á), and i have changed and rewritten it in small cap, but it did not work at all.

Can you help me?
