Launching autoresponder from a link..?

Currently, I have a form that when filled out, a confirmation page is displayed and an autoreponder is sent with the details of the form submission. However, not every person who fills out the form wants a copy of what was submitted. I have a new setup where the form is filled out and only a confirmation page is loaded, then at the bottom I have a link that if they want a copy, they click it and it launches another form that has an autoresponder attached. This is not very elegant because it also creates two cases. Someone know of a more elegant way to send an autosponder (or email the content of the form) via a link?

Well, did I do it right? Help with FLV intergration.

I know enough AS3 to somewhat understand what I am looking at (although the child/parent thing confuses me) and enough to impress my mother. I wanted to have a sudo pop-up play a video with some flash animation over the top and include a sudo "close" button. After reading and searching forums I came up with this solution. I am just wondering how far off the mark I am and if it should have been done another way.

First thing was, I placed a video component and added a component pause button. I then made the pause button look like a "close" button. The video ended on frame 899 so all I did was add some code to the pause button that after pausing, would take the flash player head to a blank frame at 900 where a "stop();" command was placed (I assume a video stop button could have been used).

pausebutton.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK,clickFunction);
function clickFunction(evt:MouseEvent):void {
    gotoAndPlay(900);
    }

That solved my sudo close window. The window doesn't really close anything, the movie just stops and the flash moves to a blank frame (the swf was set to transparent)

Next was the video, I wanted a smooth perfect playback and wanted to make sure the video and added flash animations played in sync. (The additional animations were simple so I just created them on the timeline.) First I added a stop(); to the first frame and then added some listeners that after loading the entire video, would then start to play the video and animations.

import fl.video.*;

myvid.autoPlay = false; // the video player component instance name is "myvid"
myvid.source = "the_video.flv";

function readyHandler(event:VideoEvent):void {
// Pause until the video can play till the end

myvid.pause();
myvid.playWhenEnoughDownloaded();
gotoAndPlay(2);
}

myvid.addEventListener(VideoEvent.READY, readyHandler);

This all seems to work, although I have a super fast Internet connection so I am not sure, and not sure how to test it.

So, what ya think? Clever, lame or totally off the mark?

Thanks in advance...

if (this["projectName"+three] != "") {
heading3_txt.htmlText = this["projectName"+three];
heading3_txt.htmlText = "";
}

It is for a portfolio thingie i am working on. My script
pulls the data from the db three records at a time and displays it.
the problem is on the last "else if" statment. If there is only 2
items left to display, the third listing is suppose to put in
blanks, but instead it places "undefined" in both instances. Any
ideas? thanks...
