      <title>Strange import error (lightroom 5, Mavericks)</title>

(2)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; /Volumes/photos-by-year/data/photos/_By Year/Family/bmp/Dad - 2:11:2012.JPG&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; /Volumes/photos-by-year/data/photos/_By Year/Rock and Roll/Blue Oyster Cult/12:31:74 newspaper article.jpg&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I don't understand this.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It found the photos and doesn't know what to do with them?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The first picture was taken by an iPhone5 and copied to disk with the name:&amp;nbsp; Dad - 2/11/2012.jpg.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've since learned that my system isn't always happy with that particular date format (and I now use yyyymmdd - no problems), but the error message is unhelpful.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:02217a9c-fc78-41e6-9150-b957c95b1d1b] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415912839260' /&gt;</description>

      <title>OS X unable to print cc 2014.  print dialog bug.</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:29b431f0-6783-4c25-89a7-875282f80e77] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;OS X print dialog in cc 2014&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I want to create a letter size ART print with a .psd that has been resized to print.&amp;nbsp; Going into the print dialog, I choose an icc profile, set the paper to Letter Size ART on layout and handling and see the image is cut off in the preview.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I figured I'd print it anyway, and was told the image was too big for this printer.&amp;nbsp; I saved the file and closed CC 2014.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I opened CC, opened the file and hit print.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After configuring it as I had for CC 2014, &lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;the image was now scaled properly with the correct borders, as expected; and printed properly.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm using the same plugins in both programs (although they've been modified for the CC 2014 version).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Help???&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:29b431f0-6783-4c25-89a7-875282f80e77] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Help requested:  Missing CC extension purchased in CS6</title>

An untagged string (assertion failed!) got thrown far enough that we display it to the user. This shouldn't happen.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;From what I've found through searches, plugins may be related to the problem.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;The problem I'm having here is the lack of any information - no crash log, no reference to what caused this - in any log file.&amp;nbsp; I've taken the most recently installed or updated pugins and moved them elsewhere to test and am still getting this message.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;I assume that when I see "This shouldn't happen" as a message from the software, that it's a significant warning.&amp;nbsp; What can go wrong / is going wrong as a result of the related problem?&amp;nbsp; Is my data in danger?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;All help gratefully appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:b7abce2b-4752-475b-9d60-e58beb32f4aa] --&gt;</description>
