How does "New Window Containing Selection" under "Services" work in Snow Leopard?

Hello all,

In OSX 10.5.8 creating simple clickable server paths was a cinch via Services > TextEdit > New Window Containing Selection [please see reference images]. However, in Snow Leopard this option is a grand mystery. Our online searches have been surprisingly unsuccessful.

I realize Services is now customizable in Snow Leopard, which is great. However, when creating paths from the Snow Leopard system the only choice is to launch Mac Mail with an attachment (when highlighting a file to create a path). Since we don't use Mac Mail, is there an option to switch the default Mac Mail to Entourage? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

best format for shooting on greenscreen

What would you recommend is the best format to shoot footage on a green screen? My client's video person consistently shoots wide shots on green screen via DV, and the source files they provide me are always fuzzy around the edges of the person. Thanks in advance.
