CC 2014 ACR on OS Yosemite installing Presets

I may be having a very blond moment but I have been looking for the answer on how to do this. I keep seeing reference to a Settings folder which for my up to date PS and ACR I don't have. Please put me out of my frustration and tell me how and where I can add ACR presets that I have.

I deleted Lightroom as it wasn't working properly. CC says it is up to date so I cant re-install it. How do I get around this?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing. I have 30gb left on SSD (programs on) with 2 other HDDS. What to look at?
