How to change the default audio filetype in CS5.5?

I begin recording in the Multitrack and 5.5 insists on saving it as a .wav file. At our company we only record at 320Kbps, 48Khz, Stereo .mp3 files. How can I change the default in 5.5?

I'm using CS5.5 and suddenly when I save a file as an .mp3 it will also make .wav copies of the file, and since at this radio station we conserve space by only recording at 320Kbps .mp3, wav files are just too big. Is there a setting I can change to save only to the .mp3 that I have chosen?

I have just finished a voice prompt narration and was interested in some workable settings when going into a voice prompt system for a medical records company. I want to make sure there's not too much in the low end and that the highs are accentuated but beyond that, I need some hints. By the way, I'm using Audition 2.0.

How do you save Markers in Audition 1.0?

Everytime I hit F8 to place a marker in the Edit View, then close out the file, my markers are missing upon re-opening the file. This has to be a simple fix, but I'm missing it.

Flash Player 9 Won't Pause Flash Video Files

We have recently upgraded all our computers to Flash Player version 9 and have noticed that, while it will allow us to pause an flv video (such as the podcasts on Photoshopusertv.com), it won't continue through the rest of the program after hitting the play button but instead insists on starting the show from the beginning each time. Very frustrating. Does anyone know of a workaround for this or a solution? Will we have to wait for the next version?
