Need to integrate BC with Genbook appointment scheduler

I'm looking to hire someone who could help me find a solution to integrate BC with Genbook appointment scheduler. (genbook.com) I need users to click a button on a BC site that takes them out to Genbook where they will make an appointment. (that part is easy) They will then need to come back into BC to pay for the appointment based on what type of appointment (or length of appointment) they chose.

Need help formatting List (checkbox list) web app items on a page.

As you can see from the above example the List (checkbox list) items are all running together. I can't figure out a way to separate the items.

i.e. DANCE: Ballet,Ballroom should read DANCE: Ballet, Ballroom with a space after the comma.

Seems like a simple problem but having a hard time finding a solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Google fonts not showing correctly on check out page

google fonts are not loading correctly on my checkout page. It seems that when the site goes into the Secure Layer (.worldsecuresystems.com) the google font will not work. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Implementing a Paypal BN Code

Hey I was wondering if BC offers a way to implement a "BN" code for revenue sharing on an ecommerce site? Has anyone done this? Or know how to do it?

I created a web app and I am displaying the data on a page. Even though I disabled details view it is still creating a link on the list view. How do I disable the detail view AND the link

Ideally I need to extract two fields (the dollar amount and the invoice #) from the customer order and show it on a webpage. Is there anyway to show results of a web form on a page?

I created an email campaign with a dynamic customer report list and that shows that 0 emails went out to 0 recipients. I followed the instructions in the knowledgebase to a tee. When I look at the customer list I created there are 37 names. What am I doint wrong??
