Our standard browser is IE 8 and if I right click in the browser and switch the Encoding to Unicode UTF-8 it translates the word perfectly. Unfortunately, it's always generating as Western which is creating these funky characters.&nbsp; Is there an option to change so it will generate the Help as Unicode UTF-8? I've read and tried everything.
