CF11 - ColdFusion Collection Error after entering my license key

So I tested my server before I implemented live and everything worked just fine. So after I entered the license key all my “ColdFusion Collections” were gone and my search pages are throwing a 500 error.

This is what I get inside CF11

Trying to roll this server into production but keep having errors popup on Event Viewer:

After dealing with the issue of not being able to restart the CF service and applying the hf1100-3776060.jar hotfix - I continue to receive the following error

The description for Event ID 3 from source ColdFusion 11 Application Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

CF 11 very slow to load web pages - up to 10 seconds

Running CF11 Windows 2012 r2 Data center IIS 8 4Gb RAM 4 cores no adjusments have been made to default CF11 - waiting from cfinstall@adobe.com to send me the hotfix hf1100-3776060.123 or hf1100-3776060.jar as services keep stopping

What can I do? My CF 8 is running way faster than this

Getting the following error on Event Viewer:

ColdFusion 11 ODBC Server@LOCALHOST,ErrorCode=3059,ErrorMessage=The specified data source is not defined.,ClientHost=127.0.0.1,Session=6

Everything seems to be working - any idea? I am trying to move over from CF 8
