E-mail problem... Please help!

Hi all

I'm getting errors when I try to add new e-mail accounts for my partner site and under my customer's sites.

I have linked a video here to show what im doing and the error i get when trying to add new e-mail accounts.

I tested my partner domain name in zonecheck.fr (www.sitespark.no) and getting som errors there..

Chattet with adobe and they say the could add and e-mail account and they could also resend the invitation mail without errors.

I have no idea what to do to fix this and my customers is waiting so they can add e-mail accounts :-/

I now hope there is a pro-master out there who know what to do to fix this :-)

Event Module - Need help

Hi :-)

I have made a event calendar for a customer and they want to be able to unsubscribe from an event after the have registered but i cant find any tags to use for unsubscribe from an event. Any idea how i can make this possible?

They also want to change the calendar to a Norwegian starting on Monday, is this possible?

I'm new to the events module and diden't find any solutions for this in the tutorials.

When i copy code from DW to BC it change the code inside BC

I'm uploaded a html page to a BC account from Dreamweaver and BC changed some of the code,

I tryed to open the Site Manager / Pages and the page i uploaded and did a copy & past to get the code inside, but it still changes the code.

Im trying to get the code <i class="icon-caret-down"></i> in but it change that code to <em class="icon-caret-down"></em>

Anyone know why this is happening or how i can go about this??

InContext editor is freezing

Hi all

I have some problems with the InContext editor.

If i login to the admin interface in Internet explorer 10 and click on the Content menu on the top to start incontext editor the loading window pops up and it freeaze.

If i log in with Chrome it works good, same for firefox.

Have tryed this on my laptop and on a customers computer and the same think happen there.

Tryed to change language settings from Norway to English since i need to do this to not gett errors when adding e-mail accounts, dosent work.

Tryed to go to Internett settings / safety and make a exception for the site to work, dosent work.

Turned off firewall and all virus software and still it dosent work.

Please, anyone here that may know what can cause this?

Editable regions for the new BC editor

Business Catalyst have now added a new incontext editor with new editable regions that is not supported inside Dreamweaver.

Will the new editable regions be added to Dreamweaver in the near future?

Deleted my domain and cant add a new domain

Hi all

I deleted my partner domain name inside the admin panel and when i try to add a new domain i get this error msg....

Error

Domain already exists. Please delete all records associated with this domain before re-adding it.

Can someone also tell me what the Advanced DNS Record is for cause i deleted that to and have no idee how i set this up :-/
