Premiere PRO save project error if CC is runing.

I have a problem with my Premiere Pro which wont save or auto-save if Creative Cloud application is running.

I do save directly in a folder which CC is syncin to cloud. I have same setup at home and at office, sicne I can work from either locations (I have cloned files and using same letters for video drive = V: on both computers). This worked ok until recently, when Creative Cloud started preventing Premiere to save file. If I quit CC, Premiere saves ok. Than after I run CC again, it will sync new files normaly. What it wont do is saving into cloud-synced folder if CC is running.

The error I get in Premiere is

An unknown error accured while saving the project.
Select "save as" from the File menu to save the project to a new lovation.

If I use Save As it works directly to CC. Just "overwrite" save does not work.

More funny is the fact, that after I Save As the project under another name in same folder, saving not only works with newly saved project, but also with original "broken" project (for few times, than refuse again and again demand using "save as").

Quite sometimes few autosaved files in "Auto-Save" folder does not sync either (error dialog, "can't sync"). Solution is that those not-synced files are moved out from folder to (let say) desktop, let CC to be synced, than I copy files back. At this time CC syncs theese files too (and do not even upload them, they just get green arrow after a few seconds).

MY system consisting of 6-core Intel SB-E, 16GB ram, all SSD drives, English Windows 7.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I have F-secure antivirus on both system. I suspect maybe there is some write permission problem.

Program monitor during playback in always in focus; preventing effects panel or mixer to be seen

Dear Premiere CC users:

It must have been some recent update for premiere pro (a "bug fixes" one), which changed how Premiere works now.

I use 2 monitors where one is full screen preview, and another is for whole application. On that second monitor I used to have workspace organized in a way that NO program monitor was shown. I used to have effect panel / audio mixer + project files + effect controls always shown. Source monitor was triggered when I doubleclicked a clip, program monitor I had always hidden behind, because I have another full screen monitor for program.

Now when I playback program monitor is instantly pulled in front and I cant have mixer engaged, or any other windows in same panel. If I close the program monitor I loose picture on fullscreen monitor too. I don't want to see program monitor in my primary display where premiere GUI sits; only on external display, on second display. But from some update on, this is not possible anymoore.

Now if I want to have external full screen preview, a regular program monitor is always visible too. It is not needed, annoying, and it takes space on GUI area for other frequent needed things; like effects, or mixer. Shure it is good option to have it on a small laptop lcd, but annoying on a 2 big LCD setup.

Does anybody know how to change this back?

PS: Right now I'm using a workaround: I pulled program monitor from main panel, and put it in panel with volume meter and reduced it's size to 1 x 1 cm - so It is almost invisible and does not steal too much my GUI real estate. But It seems that I have less smooth playback on external display now when program is played back on 2 screens simultaneously, than before.

Scrambled interface and application freeze when effect is put on clip

Dear Adobe users.

At certain day my Adobe Premiere CC application started to malfunction. Maybe certain Windows 7 update or Graphic card update caused that, because when I saw this problem on one project, all projects I opened were effected from that time on, and all new project as well.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When I apply any effect to any clip, the user interface freezes. It is working, but display is hanged:

- I can scrub on timeline, but timeline indicator does not move (clip plays on monitor or second full screen monitor and sound of scrubbing is there)

- I can disable/enable effect, but icon remains (I can see on picture that effect is en/diss)

- Effect can not be edited or removed

- On some effect whole Premiere freezes if I try to edit effect (kill application in task manager is needed)

- Program start responding (and I can edit effects) after I reset workspace. I must reset workspace after any/every effect is applyed to clip. Which is cumbersome.

- Problem exists with all custom saved workspaces and with all Premiere ones, as well with ones I create new. So probably not corrupted workspace.

- I have all updates from Windows, and latest software from GPU (I even tryed several different beta drivers from nVidia, but no changes at problem).

I have two displays on nVidia GTX770 (ASUS) where one is program monitor, and one shows full screen picture. Problem is the same if only one display is used, but while testing this I found another scenario where GUI is reset, without reseting workspace via menu option: If focus is switched from EFFECT panel to PROGRAM panel, GUI is reset and I can work normaly. This work only if both panels are on same group, because program panel is hidden while effects panel is active. If I drag effects out (on second monitor), swithing focus have no effect. I need to reset workspace than.

Some effect does not only become nonresponsive but even hang whole Premiere if I try to edit them before I reset workspace (or switch effect->program). In that case I need to kill Premiere from process monitor (Task manager). If I reset workspace right after I place effect on clip, Premiere work normaly until I add new effect to new (or same) clip. If I COPY-PASTE effects from clip to clip, it work without reseting workspace.

When I close Premiere, most often it does not go OUT from process list. I must kill process before I want to run it again. Or restart PC, of course. I know when it does not exits because second full screen display doe not return back to desktop, but stays black until I kill Premiere. Premiere stays in memory even if I use only one display. QT32 process exits when I kill premiere process.

While Premiere do problems, Adobe Media Encoder does not. It starts it's own QT32 process and closes it properly, regardless Premiere is stuck or active.

I have slight idea that problem started when I installed Premiere CS6 and deinstalled it after leaving Encore CS6 on system. I think it is software problem, because I made no hardware cnages lately. System is almost 2 years old SB-E with INTEL DX79SR board. I reinstalled windows few months before, but problem started a good week ago after certain update or CS6 Encore related. I can't tell for shure. I didn't install/deinstall any other software from PC lately.

I use Premiere from version 6.5 on. I always solved my problems by reinstalling Windows and Premiere or by finding solution on forums. This time I found nothing on whole internet and I can't reinstall system before I finish long project. But this problem makes it harder to finish it. It seems system is slower and less responsive too, as it used to be.
