Reader 10.1.3 freezes SAP

We have the SAP GUI 7.2 and within the GUI when we view a pdf it opens fine, just like opening a pdf in IE. When we click the email button it will open outlook and have the pdf attached to send the email. At this point when we send the email as normal and attempt to go back to the SAP GUI it is now frozen, and I must kill the process in order to unfreeze. We can save the pdf to a folder then attach to an email as normal without a problem, just when we use the envelope icon to send in an email from reader itself that opens within SAP (just like IE) When I try the same button in IE thought IE does not freeze.

I have applied the fix I found regarding High CPU usage as well as a fix to stop pdfshell.dll from grabbing pdf's when attaching to outlook, and these have resolved our issues for XP in regards to those 2 options.

The SAP freeze is happening on both XP SP3 (32bit) and Win7 SP1 (64bit) we are using the same 32bit version of 10.1.3 for both OS's

Any help is appreciated.
