a single product that I want to offer for sale. What I want to do
is to add the capability for an end user to enter basic information
to order the product, indicate how many they want, determine if
sales tax is applicable, obtain the shipping address and request
their email information so that I can send a Paypal invoice by
email.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to access
these capabilities in Dreamweaver?

Prototyping

I am seeking suggestions for how to prototype websites.
I am using Dreamweaver CS3 as part of CS3.3 Design Premium.
My websites are typically not large - maybe a dozen pages and
the navigation is fairly straightforward.
What I need is to be able to quickly develop the design of
the pages for review by my client and to make changes so that they
can see how the finishes design will look before I put in the
effort to create it all in Dreamweaver.

The approach that I am using now is to use InDesign to
develop these prototypes and to export to PDF for viewing by the
client.

This works OK but is a bit cumbersome.
I have heard the Fireworks is a good tool for prototyping,
but I can't find any good material to assist me in getting started
with this product.
I would appreciate suggestions.
Thanks
