Dynamic Link Manager crashes

Whenever I re-start my iMac (10.9.4) I receive an error message - “dynamiclinmanager quit unexpectedly”. The message says this derives from my Organizer 12 programme. I get a pixelated screen just before this.

I have re-installed Elements 12, but the result is the same.

I am unsure what I am losing as a result of this. I have found Organizer 12 to crash several times during use.

I would expect a solution from Adobe about this.

Problem crashing with DynamicLinkManager

Each time I restart my iMac, I get the error "Dynamic Link Manager crashes". This derives from my Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer 12 program - see screenshot below.

I have Googled this error and found some similar complaints, but no solutions - other than uninstalling the program forever!
I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect. I cannot get a response from Adobe.
I would be grateful for any observations you make of this fault, including an explanation of what this "Dynamic Link Manager" does. I have previously written for help to iCreate Magazine, with no solution offered.

iMac 2007, 2Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo. 4 Gb Memory. OSX 10.9.4

Since installing Elements 12 on my iMac running OSX 10.9.2 I get the error above - "Dynamiclinkmanager quit unexpectantly" coming from AdobeElements12 Organiser App.

It seems to reduce performance compared to eaarlier versions of Elements.

I am not sure how to deal with this.
