access employee email?

Hello,

My client needs to access the email of an employee who will be leaving the company (unbeknownst to the employee).

The password retrieval goes to the employee's alternate email address. So I cannot change the password to gain access

without him knowing or being involved.

Is there a way to gain access to this business email account?

Setting Up Paypal Website Payments Pro Payment Gateway

Hello,

My customer is using Paypal Standard and the setup was straightforward and easy.

Now we are looking at using Paypal Website Payments Pro Payment Gateway because we want to accept paid Events Bookings.

My two questions:

The instructions to set up the Paypal Payment Gateway look straightforward. After I upgrade my Paypal account, I add the Username, Password, API Signature into my Business Catalyst website. Is that it? Will our shopping cart will continue to function like it has? Or are things more complicated than that? Or will I have to make other changes for the shopping cart system to work?
There is mention of setting up Cardinal Centinel. (We are not using recurring billing). I'm not really sure what the Cardinal Centinel is all about. Is that an important part of the setup of Paypal's Payment Gateway?

I'd like to be prepared before I start down this path.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Can 'add to cart' include text fields to collect user choices?

Hi,

The website I work on sells custom screen printed or embroidered clothing that is ordered in bulk. One colour of a product is chosen but the different sizes have to be chosen.

For example, a customer will choose a blue jacket to have a logo embroidered on but he/she needs to order that blue jacket in several different sizes. Can I build my Add to Cart section to accommodate this?

Recommended page size for online flip catalog

Hi,

I want to build an online flip catalog, with side-by-side pages. When I am creating a new

document, what page size is recommended to use? Would 1024 by 768 be a good choice?

I just don't want part of my catalog not seen on somebody's monitor. I realize that monitor

sizes and resolutions are different for different users but there must be a recommended

size of document to use.

Can I trust software from Adobe Marketplace?

Hi,

I was interested in trying software I downloaded but when I go to install it, I get a warning that the software will have unrestricted access to my computer. That makes me nervous so I chose to abort installation. Any comments or help? The software will solve a problem that I have but I am nervous about trying it. Is there a way to determine if I can trust the software? If the software is marketed in the Marketplace does that mean Adobe deems it safe?

transparent image causes flattening problem

Hi,

I have a 34 page booklet that I am exporting as a swf file. When I add a transparent png file to the booklet (it makes the book look like it has a spiral binding) the file will NOT export anymore. It gets to page 17, quits and the error message says something like, "there was an error while flattening".

I can get the file to export if I check rasterize the images in the export dialog box. Just for added information, I did change the transparent png into a gif file and tried exporting that but I received the same error message. If you want to see the file it is located here

It is the spiral image that causes the problem. Any ideas why this is happening?

P.S. It looks like nothing is happening while the file is loading because I do not know how to add a pre-loader (my other problem).

One more thing, any idea why the file does NOT center is the html container page?
