Does anyone know if there is a 64 bit version of Ps Elements?

I just noticed that I am using a 32-bit version of Elements 12. Does anyone know if there is a 64 bit version? (I remember reading somewhere that this was why they got rid of the "Magic Extractor" from version 11, because it was in a 32 bit format and they were re-writing it for 64 bit. My Panoramas take an excessive amount of time and only use a small portion of my computers resources.

Trial program crashes on startup, looking for lrcat file that does not exist

Help, I only have 5 days left on my trial! Lightroom is looking for a 25.jpg.lrcat file that is not there. It is not in the Pictures/lightroom folder. So I installed the program on another computer, in an effort to recreate this file. I renamed that file to what it is looking for, moved it to the lightroom folder, but it still does not work. I tried deleting the lightroom folder and reinstalling it, hoping it would recreate that folder and a clean catalog file, but no luck. Adobe phone support won't help me because I have a trial version.

Now I get this issue on both computers. I try to lauch Lightroom, I choose the trial version, click next, and get this message "Lightroom - Opening Cagalog: 25.jpg.lrcat" and a windows message saying that the program has crashed and has to close.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
