Hi there,

Does anyone know how I can implement a javascript pop up calendar in my filable Acrobat X form so

dates can be entered easily into a field.

I have inverstigated and came across http://www.formrouter.com/tools/

however this is for versions 9 and under.

Hide {tag_blogtitle} on blog post details layout so I can set the blog posts headings as h1

Currently tag_blogtitle} is in the Overall blog layout and appears on all blog posts, I only want this heading displayed on overall blog layout not on individual posts.

I've edited to the Blog post details layout with this tag {tag_blogpostbodypreview} which truncates to show up the 1st paragraph, I'd like to be able to specify and show the first 2 paragraphs, is this possible?

Im creating web pages from the whole site so creating a large document, so wondered where these fiels are stored on the mac so I can delete when finished as dont want to clog up the hard drive.

Hi I am trying to set up a Custom Twitter Bootstrap javascript accordion for FAQ module.

Nearly there, yet only one of the faqs works in that you click on the question and the answer opens, clicking on any other question opens up the same question

I've customed Faq list layout with this code:

I presume I need to amend the code where it has number 1 as only working for one faq but not sure how?

I have set up Responsive scaling but do not wish for the animation to exceed more than 100% of the original dimensions, which

Since upgrading to new version of Adobe Edge animate 3, my symbols layers are invisible?

The animation was originated in version 2, which works fine still, yet when I open the file in version 3, the symbols layers are not showing up on the stage?

Any advice would be great as seems a shame to continue working in an older version.

Is it possible to set two different colours for text, for example the body text is black and i'd like to highlight a link in the text lets say red and create a ur link for this text.

The only way this seems to work is by creating a separate text div for the link, however this seems to cause alignment issues? I cannot seem to highlight this text from the div and change the colour only for the link.

Any hep appreciated.

uniform jquery form styling stops working on shop forms

I am just setting up a test ecommerce feature on a site,

All forms use uniform jquery form styling: http://uniformjs.com

In my example the cart is great and form styling works, please see: http://actoncourt-events-test.businesscatalyst.com/special-events-1/wildlife-evenings

Yet when you click the add to cart button and the javascript message shows, eg 1 item added to your cart, then the form styling is removed and form

style reverted to system style.

The same happens if you prceed to shopping cart and change quantity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can edit text put cannot duplicate regions?

Im trying to set up the facebook like button for blog posts,

The like button works for first post in that it displays the correct body copy from blog,

however it doesnt work for the 2nd blog, when anne met alastair, it shows the same body copy text as first blog.

I want each blog to have its own facebook like button and when clicked the facebook overlay corresponds to the blog

and assoicated url

I followed this guide:

and added this tag to blog layout to blog post list layout to display the facebook button:

Fillable form fields work, but cannot submit the form via email, works fine on desktop.

I have set some check boxes as required fields in an acrobat form (Acrobat Pro),
yet you are still able to submit the form even though these tick boxes haven't been ticked/selected?

How to set the order of FAQs instead of alphabetical

I have 19 FAQs but they default to showing them in alphabetical order.

I would like to dislplay them in a different order, would weighting do this, and how does weighting actually work,

is it the larger the number the higher the priority, so the question Id like to show first on list would need to be numbered

in weight field as 19?

Is there a way to automatically opt in subscribers for those who have signed up and may not have received the automatic email to confirm subscription.

So any subscribers are opted in and will receive emails as notice alot of people sign up but they dont confirm so I manually have to check the list by optin status and find 3 pages with status set to no so I have to go into each contact and click force opt in button which is really time consuming.

Is there a way to sort subscriber list by Surname?

Currenty it is sorted by Full name, sorting by first name alphabetically.I would prefer it to sort by surname.

Copying and pasting form fields from one acrobat form to another only pasting one field

Hi there, I have a problem in that when I try to copy and paste a group of form fields from one acrobat form to another only one field is pasted. This problem has recently occurred and always worked previously in version 9 of Acrobat.

I am currently using acrobat 11.0.02 on Mac.

Hi I have set up a paid booking form using the events module using Paypal standard.

It works fine in that the paymentvia paypal is received sucessfully and the booking shows up in bc admin,
the problem occurs after payment is made via paypal, paypal redirects to the business catalyst website but displays in red :

ERROR: An unknown error occurred. This is most likely due to the merchant profile not being set up correctly. Please contact your system administrator for help.

Basically lets say Im selling a product at £10 but need to include a handling fee of £1.50

No matter how many of the products you buy you will need to pay the fixed booking fee.

100% discount code set up, error on checkout

Hi there I have set up a discount code that creates a 100% discount so on checkout amount is £0.00.

This creates a problem on checkout (Im using paypal standard).

on checkout the server error appears:

ERROR: Total owing is $0. If you are using a Gift Voucher to pay for this order you will need to choose Gift Voucher as your payment method [ERROR: 3].

Is there a work around for this please?

I cannot "Get Started" the Business Catalyst extension from Dreamweaver CS6. This is the error message I receive: "An account with the same email already exists in Business Catalyst. To associate the Business Catalyst account with your AdobeID, please log in to the Business Catalyst web administration console."

Hi there, I have a web form and added the date picker.

When you try this within BC admin it displays very nicely, yet when Ive inserted the webform in the html page,

the css styling for the date picker is not included.

Can anyone help me here so that I can add the css to style the calendar to look a bit prettier!

At last adobe reader for ios has been updated so now fillable forms can be completed on ipad/iphone but how good is it?

I've tested a form and reset form/print form and save as buttons do not seem to work.

Form submit seems ok, just wondered what others thought?

Also the new Adobe Reader IOS is now able to display interactive pdfs with buttons such as go to next page etc yet page transitions do not work? Again whats everyone elses opinion on the reader ios update?

when you click the first tab 'early life' it takes you to the first panel and the tab is highlighted red and active, when you click the right arrow to go to the 2nd panel the tab reverts to the off state however I would like it to remain on, any help would be greatly apprceiated as not sure if it is a css problem or jquery.

Hi Forum.

Recently I've run into a few problems with fillable pdf forms in that many people complain they don't work, usually as they are trying to complete on an iphone/ipad or their web browser may be configured with an Acrobat plug-in to automatically open the fillable pdf file within the web browser and basically some of the funcionality of the form doesn't work.

I would like to make it clear to users by providing clear precise instructions on the fillable pdf itself that in order to complete, it must be opened up directly in Adobe Reader/Acrobat as there doesn't seem to be any way setting up the pdf so it only opens up in reader or acrobat, as seems to depend on the

individual users settings.

This is the text I was thinking, if anyone can help imporve this it would be great:

This file is a fillable electronic Pdf form.

Please open the file directly in Adobe Reader® to fill it out. Get the free latest version Adobe Reader®

Please complete the fields you wish to complete and type in your answers and save a copy for your records.

Blog comments not being published

Hi I have a trial site with a blog installed.

It allows you to add a comment on a blog, yet these comments dont get published.

You can click comments and fill out the form, once submitted you get a message:

Thank you for your submission

We will review your feedback as soon as possible. Your feedback helps us improve this website.

I can see on the live feed of admin, that comments have been made but not sure how to publish these to the site, as at the moment it just says Comments (0)

Validation required fields question

I have a fillable form which I have a few required fields set.

However there is a main question are you an existing customer yes (tick box) or

are you a new customer (tick box)

then there are fields for each such as name, address, email etc

is there a way to only make required fields relevant if the person selects existing customer then the required fields for new customers can be ignored and vice versa.

Currently if the person selects tick box existing customer then unless they fill out the required fields under the new customer section they cannot submit the form.

I have a fillable form with a submit button that emails the completed pdf to an email address.

However there is a question such as preferred location (London, Glasgow, Liverpool)

Is there a way to change the email submission address based upon selection.

eg someone selects Glasgow tick box then the submit email address will send to glasgow@enquiries.com

and so on, select London and submit goes to london@enquiries.com

Why are my inline css styles for BC tags being ignored and just default to blue underlines?

I am familiar with inline css styling for email campaigns and have always customised links in emails with the code I sent:

however Im puzzled why this code doesn't work with BC tags {tag_viewinbrowser} and {tag_unsubscribe}, any help would

be great as I think the default blue links look ugly.

All other links I have styled appear as they should, its just BC tags where the style seems to be ignored?

Javascript alert script needed when calculation does not equal 100

I have created a fillable form and have a total box which I've set to calulate the sum of Field1, Field2, Field3 and Field4

which works well.

I would like to add a javascript alert if the total amount does not add to exactly 100 to stop the user submitting the form or moving to next question.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
