Transfer Photoshop Settings from one Adobe account to another

I was using the Test version of Photoshop CC 2014 with my adobe Cloud account and now I have purchased it with another email (I made a mistake). I would like to know if It's possible to transfer my Photoshop Settings (that I have already uploaded to the cloud) from the old account to the new one.

Illustrator cs6　windows（design standard ダウンロード版）を使っています．

インストールしてからずっとなのですが，レイヤーがきちんと表示されません．

カーソルを持って行くと，レイヤー名が表示されることはありますが，その他はさっぱりです．

環境設定ファイルの再作成は行ってみましたが，ダメでした．

分かる方，どうしたら良いか，ご教授頂けないでしょうか？

Problem reading ebook on ereader, file nog available with adobe ID

I have installed Adobe Digital Editions 4.0, made an account and downloaded some books.

Then i've linked my e-reader to the same account and transfered the books to the e-reader.

I see the icons of the books in the library of my e-reader, but i can't open them, it says: "This file cannot be opened. This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not available with your Adobe ID. Log in with the authorised Adobe ID and try again."

I am able to read the books on my computer, but not on my ereader, while I use the same account.

Can you help me?

My photoshop cs6 loads fine. However, when I try to open a file or create a new one, nothing happens. It doesn't even indicate that anything might be loading. I have tried to open several files and nothing works.

Seit dem Update auf Widows 8.1 kann ich aus Adobe InDesign nicht mehr auf meinem Standard-Drucker drucken. Es funktioniert nur noch über den Umweg "PDF".

Weiß jemand eine Lösung, um das zu ändern? Der Druckertreiber ist aktualisiert.

Habe Photoshop und Illustrator ausprobiert - von dort ist der Druck möglich.

Hey, currently my Photoshop is acting weird with typing text, it appears as the right text on image

After switching back and forth a few times it fixes to show what is on the left, but new text layers will do the same thing and it is really annoying. Anyway I can fix this? Thanks.

i have been creating a site for my real estate company in spain, i started by using dreamweaver having problems adjusting to the code. i was tipped to use muse as no coding is required.

i have been following the tutorials at lynda.com on how to create a site with muse. the tutorials are excellent by the way and i fully recommend them!

i have a website up and running at www.casanerja.eu5.org. ill run you through the site and what i think is wrong with it. the stuff i think is wrong i need a tutorial in how to change if you guys can give one.

first off the index page. you will notice that if you hover over the countries and flags they light up. i want them to be in sync with their flag so if you hover over the word 'welcome' the english flag also lights up. at the moment i have set the word 'welcome' and the flag to stay bright as this will indicate to the user they are viewing in english. i haven't got the other languages setup yet but eventually ill redo each page in the 3 extra languages and link them up.

second is the search page. there isnt anything here as i want to set up a complex form that will let the users set their preferences on what property they would like, once they click submit the page will then look through the companies database and will show the properties that are relevant. what is this form called that i want to make and how do you make it? also my company has no database at the moment so i will have to create one, i suppose i can create a database with microsoft access.

third is the about page. when you scroll down i have set the logo and nav bar to always stay at the top. the problem here is that when it goes over text i can still see the under text as well as the logo. how can i get them to stay on top so you will not see anything it scroll over.

forth is the contact page. again i have the same problem with the scrolling. i also have a problem setting google maps to show my location 'casa nerja' in a zoomed view, i have managed to enter in the address 'Casa Nerja, Nerja', this gives the map that shows at the moment and I have zoomed in enough to see my company positioned at the bottom of the map. how can i tell google maps to be more specific in showing my company location.

the last page is the links and media page. apart from the scrolling problem i have no other changes i want to make to this page.

how can i set my logo to fade in on page refresh?

is there an easier way for me to translate each page or do i just have to change them individually?

Today I opened Photoshop and the layout was different! The tab on the right side with the history and all of my presets disappeared. I tried going to the top drop-down 'window' tab and clicked on different options to see if it would put it back to normal, but I can't figure it out. I have Photoshop CS4. Any help would be MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

I have a tabbed panel widget on the home page of our website and it is essential that the audience views the content on the first tab when the page loads.

Thereafter they can click on the other tabs to view content. I have tried using "Arrange" "Bring to Front" by clicking on the object in the layout and also physically dragging the elements in the layers panel [i.e. re-arranging the order of the layers], however the panel view just keeps reverting back to the third panel which is the first in my layers list. When I try to drag this down to the bottom of my layers for this composition the first panel moves physically in the layout to the third panel.

The idea is to have the one currently showing at the bottom, "Data Centre..", ALWAYS showing on the top and the one currently showing on the top, "Engineering &.." , ALWAYS showing on the bottom. As I said before, physically re-arranging the order of the layers is not working either.

The closest I've gotten is by highlighting all the things on Cinema 4D then clicking file>save selected objects.

It saves as a c4d and when I insert it into After Effects its just a blank composition. I want the MODEL ONLY. NO FOOTAGE PLEASE.

Lightwave to After effects error

Hello,

I am pretty new to After Effects.

I created a scene in Lightwave animated it and sent it to AE using the "send to After Effects" enterchange button... After Effects does Launch, but then the error message comes up...

"Unable to execute script at line 57, position_property is undefined"

My purpose for sending to after effects, I created a couple nuls that followed the exhaust ports of a star ship. I was going to create a mask, and have the mask follow the nulls.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. All the tutorials I've seen online show a pretty much straight forward, push the button and the camera, lights, and nulls show up in AE...

One side note... I'm using lights from DP light kit, for those familiar with Lightwave may know what this is. I'm not sure if this is the issue or not.

I'm currently using Lighwave 11.6.3

Windows 7 64bit

I'm always a bit confused by how Adobe integrates their products, I always feel like they began designing them independently of each other without taking into account how designers would typically like use them. So I'm branding a company and trying to figure out how those of you who uses Muse for web design choose your font so that the company will have a consistent look in print and on the web? I feel like there is very little shared ground typographically speaking between Muse's webfonts and the font's I'd like to use in indesign or illustrator for the logo creation. Obviously I would like to keep this relatively consistent, but for those of you who actually do branding, do you just start with muse and try and pick a font that works there and then go back to the print design, or do you just do the print and logo together and then just pick a general font like Helvetica to work for the web?

A Serious Error Has Occured

Hey guys,

I'm sure this has to exist elsewhere, but I couldn't come up with anything quickly. I've been trying out the Premiere Pro CC trial for a little while now, and have been mostly pleased. I've used nothing but FCP in my career and know it like the back of my hand, but have been hearing such good things about Premiere Pro I decided to try it out and see if I'm ready to make the switch.

Unfortunately, the past few days I haven't been able to get much work done, as I keep getting this "serious error" that requires PP to shut down. I've tried doing a complete re-install to no avail. I've swapped around how much RAM the program is using and am still getting this error. Does anyone have any suggestions? The program is completely up to date, as well. I've attached an image of the error below. At first, it seemed to be happening the most frequently when color correcting, but just now it happened simply moving through my timeline. And again when adding a transition. Seemingly simple tasks.

I'm on a MacBook Pro Retina, late 2012, 2.7GHz Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, running OS 10.9.5. Haven't upgraded to Yosemite as I've heard FCP will no longer work and the company I work for still relies heavily on it.

I want to Import files, work on them, save the project, and work on them later... Not just save as an audio file. This seems really stupid. Can someone please help. And how can I be the only person that can't figure this out. I Googled it and can't find anything. Adobe products suck to learn, there is nowhere to help learn them. Like I'm supposed to be born with this knowledge or something. Also where can I learn Adobe products without having to haphazardly Google random questions continuously?

Hi, I have creative cloud membership. Can I download elements 13 using this membership? I am using illustrator, and in design and that has been a big learning curve. I don't want to download the entire photoshop cc, just yet. I don't want to go through another whole learning curve just yet. I did purchase (previously) and am using elements 9 , I wish to use the latest version, being elements 13. When I tried to download this, it came through as a trial version. I just downloaded the CC for desktop. But there seem to be a problem loading the Apps that I have from the list.

Basically I want to updated my Apps with the 2014 version. I recently reformatted my Mac and I cannot open the files which were created using 2014 version.

I already pressed "Reload Applications" many times. Nothing happens.

In an email campaign I have some specific links in the email to pre-populate forms if clicked on.

However my link as per the following

http://mydomain.com/offers/phone-call/page?FirstName={tag_recipientfirstname}&LastName={tag_recipientlastname}&EmailAddress={tag_recipi entemail}

Gets replaced by this

http://mydomain.com/offers/phone-call/page/CampaignProcess.aspx?A=Link&VID=0&KID=17168&LID =66665

How can I stop BC tracking the links and replacing my link?

A Title is added to the link as per the following

title="http://mydomain.com/offers/phone-call/page?FirstName=John&LastName=Smith&EmailAddress=john@somedomain.com.au"

If I use the link manually it works perfectly, and populates the form.

so it is correctly getting the right name, etc,

However using the link in the email, within the pages for the form it fills in the actual TAGS as

FirstName={tag_recipientfirstname}&LastName={tag_recipientlastname}&EmailAddress={ tag_recipientemail}

which is something to do with the campaign link tracking.

I need to deactivate Premier Elements 13 for a refund.

The Refund wasn't sent to me because PSE 13 still active and I was instructed to deactivate it by going to Help>Deactivate the product but when I go to Help I don't see a choice to deactivate. I have also signed out of the cloud. Thanks!

Base Retina iMac and Photoshop CC 2014

I just picked up the base model iMac and am not very happy with the way Photoshop runs on it. For example, when using any of the blur filters I get a status clock with the percentage running along. This happens every time I move the center point. When browsing the filter gallery, it draws in in chunks. When using NIK filters, it again, comes in in chunks. Is this a PS issue, or is the iMac not-so-ready for primetime?

I am using the included templates in Dreamweaver cc to get a quick start setting up responsive websites.

How can I swap the placeholder images with my own and keep the formatting the same as the placeholder?

In the "About page" template, there are round image placeholders, which I thought were created by CSS formatting, but when I replace them with my own image of the same dimensions, they appear square instead of round, and have their own CSS rule automatically generated.

I created 4 buttons in Photoshop that I want to have apart of my navigation bar. When I hover over one of the buttons, I want a drop down menu to appear but it's taking me too long to figure out by myself. I also made 5 buttons that were going to be apart of my drop down menu, so when I hover over the navigation bar button, the 5 will appear and you can click on one to go elsewhere...

Could someone give me a step by step guide to doing this or at least having a drop down menu appear when I hover over 1 of the 4 buttons i made for my navigation bar. Thanks

AfterEffectsCS6 ダウンロード日本語版を2014年1月頃に購入しました。

買った当初は難なく日本語でインストールしていたのですが最近新しいPCに移そうと思い、インストールしようとシリアルコードを入力すると

「Adobe After Effects CS6 English(international)を確認しました。」と出てきます。

以前は日本語で使えていたので無視してそのままインストールを開始し、起動をするとEnglish版で入ってました。

以前どうやって日本語にしたか覚えておらず、netで調べても出てきません。

誰かわかる方教えていただけませんでしょうか？

Scroll Effects to OAM file

I am trying to add Scroll Effects to OAM file (in Muse project).

I did this:

Export the OAM file from Adobe Animate.

Launch Muse and double-click a page to open it in Design view. Ensure that the page is long enough to scroll by updating the minimum height settings in the Page Properties dialog box.

Choose File > Place and browse to select the OAM file from the site folder.

Open the Scroll Effects panel. Click the Adobe Edge Animate tab (fourth tab from the left) to review the settings for this section.

While the OAM file is selected, enable the Edge Animate checkbox.

Choose Autoplay 700px

Preview page in browser and my OAM animation starts playing immediately. What is wrong? I want animation to star playing after user scroll down (700px for example), but now as soon as I load the page my animation starts playing!

My Adobe Animate file has simple structure. Autoplay set to "yes". I have a stage and one element with animation (movement from one point to another in 2 seconds).

I have several sports video clips. I am using one of the Menus. No matter which one of the Menu Markers I use, when the first video plays, it will not go back to the Main Menu.

So, I have this project on my external harddrive, and I the plugged the EH out and back in.

What I have now is, that the project does not recognize most (60%) of the media anymore. The difficulty lies in the source of the files, they are not stored in the same Folder AND many of them have the same filename.

I have worked weeks on this project, please Adobe forum I need your help!!
