We have launched a site ( http://ideas.acrobat.com) to capture your features and suggestions. If you have an idea or want to see what others are requesting and vote on an idea, please visit our website.

Note, we will keep up this feature requests and suggestions thread so people can view what was requested prior to the launch of the ideas website.

Past Forum posts disappearing?

When visiting the Acrobat.com forums, sometimes forum posts may disappear when they were available the previous day.
If you've visited these forums in the past, and notice now that you're unable to find a past post, or it just has plain disappeared from your forum view, this information will help you to retrieve those lost forum postings.

Some info:
There is a default preference in your forums User Profile setup to only show messages from the last 20 days.
This option will hide messages older than 20 days from your view only. The threads are still there, you just can't see them, as they're being filtered out by date.

To resolve this:
Log into the Acrobat.com Forums, and access your User Profile by clicking " Profile" in the navbar above.

From there, click on Personal Options.

On the next page, set the Days Back to view topics for to a higher number (maybe 365 or so, instead of the default 20).

You can leave the other options how they are, and then click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page to have the changes take effect.

After the adjustment, you will be able to access the posts farther back than the default 20 days, and have access to a more robust technical library to help resolve your questions.
