I have organised 400 slides with that have a 16:9 aspect ratio. How can I resize these slides to create a 16:9 slide show?

Optical drive recognition

I have just purchased a HP pavilion dv6 which has a hp bd rom bc-5541h optical drive. I have also purchased Photoshop elements and premiere elements. When I go to burn a DVD-r, I get a message "No burner detected". What am I missing?

I have successfully used PSE8 in conjuction with PRE8 on a system running windows 7 64bit. Only issue was cheap DVD's don't work. Verbatim DVD-R were Ok.

When is the best time to resize slides? Is it when you download or after you a have edited the original slides?
