Edge animation works in browser preview from edge and muse but not in chrome when published

I have an Edge animation that worked fine in Chrome, Safari and IE.

The last time I published my Muse site (To BC) again (since update to CC2014) it no longer worked in Chrome!

Preview in browser (Chrome) from edge works, preview in browser (Chrome) from Muse works, publish and it doesn't work in Chrome (but does in Safari and IE).

Have been trawling for possibilities but I'm not that web techy! Any help would be appreciated

preview animation works in Edge and Muse (in chrome) but published site does not!

This is Safari with the edge animation in the top rectangle:

I tried putting a graphic underneath in Muse so that at least with edge not working in Chrome, nor showing the poster frame, there would be something there as shown here:

However this did not work in Chrome so I simply see the stage BG colour with no animation as shown here:

I have made sure that the stage action is set to play the animation - it is nothing more than simple text and rectangles moving in, and then a video (the same px size as the stage) coming in a the end, and as I say it worked in Chrome, and still works in IE and Safari!

cannot setup site after previously deleting it - says URL and records need to be removed but I thought I had!

I am using adobe Muse and publishing to BC.

I had set up the site wrongly on BC so had deleted it and the records.

When I go to create it again it says that:

"Domain already exists. Please delete all records associated with this domain before re-adding it."

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

strange "try or install" options appeared on CC manager

My updates and installs "seem" to be running fine - but I have noticed I have a mix of "try" or "install" options now instead of just "install.

I am a full subscribed CC member for all apps!

This is the same on my two machines that I have CC on.

Just a little strange - seemed to have happened since the last CC manager update.

Google Tag Manager Errors in Adobe Muse

I'm trying to use Google Tag manager and other analytical tools that require the html code to be put immediately after the body tag.

Regardless of where I put the HTML object I can't seem to get the code to come straight after the body tag - it always appears in a div which Google wont allow.

Cant update apps (Ai, ID, Ps) but can install new ones!

I have 3 updates available, none of which will download/install and I get the following error message:

I have tried to install new apps, which works fine, I am not on a managed network and have the same issues on both wi-fi and ethernet. I am running Mac OsX Mavericks latest update.

I have uninstalled CC manager and tried to update direct from the programs themselves, which works (so I cancelled the update)! I have since downloaded and reinstalled CC manager and am still having the same problems.

Anyone have any thoughts or solutions at all (I realise I could live with updating from the apps but would rather CC manager was doing it!)?

Extension Manager installed as a new program but then failed saying:

"installation succeeded but a patch failed"

and now it has the same update error when trying to update!

Had it on the top most layer - published - it was fine.

tweaked the opacity of the background of the preloader - pubished - got this:

MuseJSAssert: Error calling selector function:TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'museOverlay'

removed the preloader - published again and still get the error in all browsers.

Am using muse to publish to business catalyst - any thoughts appreciated (just rebooting the machine and will try publishing again without the preloader to see if this fixes it!)

Can't sign in to Desktop App

I can't ever get to a sign in window when pressing the sign in button on the FormsCentral desktop app.

I have no problem signing in to the browser/online version but the desktop app constantly has a timer when pressing either of the sign in buttons.

I have tried uninstalling Acrobat XI and reinstalling (which removes FormsCentral App as well) but the problem persists.

Anyone have any suggestions?
