"OnCoreFoundation 7.dll missing"

I keep getting an "OnCoreFoundation7.dll missing" when I go from Lightroom 5 to PSE 12. Also get it from my harddrive backup when I am moving photos. Anyone have a clue what is going on? I have re-installed PSE12. Any help will be appreciated.

trouble loading photos

I have 13 photos on Revel, says that I have reached my limit for the month and have to upgrade. This happens ever time I try to upload photos. Any help out there?

Brushes not staying on

Just bought and downloaded pse12 and have ran into a problem that when I want to see the brushes, they stay on for a split second, then turn off. have to rush to get a selection before the brush screen stops desplaying. Any suggestions?"

PSE 11 sub folders

Is there any way to have the sub folders show all the time? I move photos to the sub folder then they disappear and I have to right click and show sub folders again to add another photo. I have around 2800 photos to do this to.

can not remove PSE9 from computer. Says that the organizer is open when it isn't. Any help?

Trying the trial of the new PSE9 and I have a problem with people recognization. I don't want it. I have gone to the preferences/media-analysis/people recognization automatically and unchecked the box. I also went to auto analyzer/options/face and unchecked. I want to look at my photos in the organizer and It is very annoying for the box to come up and state "Who is this"? Any help in what I am doing/not doing to get rid of this??????
