Captivate 8 -- Next Button

I apologize if this sounds odd -- but it is my client's request, so I need to find a solution.

How do I make a page not move on, unless the "next" button which I created is clicked.

i created a next button that I would like to be clickable only after a person has listened to / viewed the entire screen.

How do I do that?

Does "enabling accessibility" upon publishing -- make a captivate file 508 Compliant?

Animation circles not working after publishing

I'm using Captivate 8. I am using animated circles from the animation gallery. They look great in preview mode. However, after publishing, I can see just a peek of the red. The same with the animated red boxes from the gallery.

Help.
