Tried to make a subdomain

Hello,

Sometime ago I tried to make a BC site a sub-domain.

I soon worked out that this is not possible. Now that I want to delete the site I can't log into it because it is pointing to the sub-domain.

Looks like I need someone from BC to get to it via the back end and nuke it for me!

Yes I added the sub domain in BC.

I am getting this issue now when installing through App Manager.

I'm getting ther error "The update server is not responding. The server might be offline temporarily, or the internet or firewall settings may be incorrect."

This is when I go to help>update from Photoshop.

I have tried the disable mini port option and checked the firewall settings.

What next ?
