Trouble converting catalogs from PSE11 to PSE13

I have a Windows 7 PC and am trying to convert catalogs from PSE11 to PSE13. Only 2 catalogs have converted (I have several). The others "fail" after the line: "

flattening 3gpp files, removing j2k files...An error was encountered in the sqlite database: unable to open database file

conversion log: Conversion Failed"

I have tried all the "solutions" recommended including repairing (not needed), optimizing, renaming thumb files, running as administrator, restoring, etc. to no avail. Adopbe does not provide phone support for the PSE13 product so no help there, nor with the "community" nor the suggestions I found on the forum. Are there any other ideas as to why the "SQLite database" doesn't open?

Premiere Elements 11 start up error - Windows 7, 64 bit

Premiere Elements 11 was working fine until 1 week ago. Now I get an error on start up that says "Display Driver Intel HD Graphics is out of date. . . ". Then it loads very slowly. Once loaded, Premiere does not show the video though appears to be running it. I checked the Display Driver and it is up to date - latest version. I "restored" PC back to a date when Premiere was working well to no avail. I then unintstalled and re-installed Premiere 11 and still get the error. I have run diagnositics on the PC - no problems reported with display or any other function. I also have Premiere 9 and tried it - it runs just fine - no display problems at all. Where should I look next? Any suggestions?

Opening projects that have a DVD menu.

I am unable to re-open projects that contain a DVD menu after I have correctly closed the project. Specifically, I have a series of MPEG videos (saved by Premiere Elements). They all open fine and run welel individually and collectively. I then put a DVD menu in with all the Chapter and Scene menu markers and then saved it and closed the project to come back to it at a later time. When I re-open I get the error "Sorry, a serious error has occured that requires Adobe Premiere elements to shut down . . ." and the whole program closes.

I have tried this twice with different videos and get the same result. I have never before tried to include a DVD menu in a Premiere 9 project. I have Windwos 7, 32 bit, plenty of memory and disc space, I have tried two different disc drives(both NTFS format) and reinstalled Premiere. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
