      <title>Entry Point error in Illustrator</title>

The error goes like "The procedure entry point. &lt;a class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:?AcquireVarient@imageInterface@drawbot@dvaui...etc...F:\Photography\Adobe\Adobe"&gt;?AcquireVarient@imageInterface@drawbot@dvaui...etc...F:\Photography\Adobe\Adobe&lt;/a&gt; Illustrator CS6(64 Bit)\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe".&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am using Windows 8.1 in a Dell XPS8700.&amp;nbsp; It was running before but the disk crashed and upon re-installation, it has not worked at all.&amp;nbsp; Photoshop, however, does work, but not Illustrator&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I appreciate any help.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:a4ed7b7b-41f3-4238-a981-07ab52fbe19c] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415943203586' /&gt;</description>

      <title>Illustrator Entry Point Error</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:f850132b-2150-43ba-9472-0a5f03378d36] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-6819708-683521/Illustrator+Capture.PNG"&gt;&lt;img alt="Illustrator Capture.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" height="418" src="https://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-6819708-683521/Illustrator+Capture.PNG" style="width: 620px; height: 349px;" width="742"/&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Illustrator CS 6.&amp;nbsp; All other application work as always did.&amp;nbsp; Illustrator, however, displays an entry point error that wasn't solved after de-installing and re-installing the whole suite and cleaning the registry using adobe's application for that purpose.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What happened is that my disk crashed and all applications had to be re-installed.&amp;nbsp; Illustrator, however, displays this message and quits.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is my system:&amp;nbsp; Dell 8700, Windows 8.1, plenty of memory.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;IF any one knows, please, help.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:f850132b-2150-43ba-9472-0a5f03378d36] --&gt;</description>

      <title>A bug in Adobe Suite 6</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:59ea4b88-626c-489d-ad9c-ab4db41f6946] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;This hapenned in two computers using Windows 8 and 7.&amp;nbsp; Adobe Pro, say, was working right but the next time that I launched, the icon acknowledges the click but nothing hapens after.&amp;nbsp; I checked the Task Manager and it is not listed there.&amp;nbsp; Re-installing the software does not work.&amp;nbsp; The only way that I fixed it is by reformating the computer and installing everything from scratch.&amp;nbsp; If I delete Suite 6 and re-install it does not work either.&amp;nbsp; What else can I try?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:59ea4b88-626c-489d-ad9c-ab4db41f6946] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Troubles installing CS6</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:43f01e2e-9556-4f56-91d9-7eb6a3ac2768] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here is:&amp;nbsp; Windows 7 Pro, 165 Gigabytes free space.&amp;nbsp; Previous Beta Photoshop 6 Installation.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Photoshop 6 Beta does not uninstall citing "errors found".&amp;nbsp; The version was working fine.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Downloaded the CS6 version but the Adobe downloading utility, although complete, it says that it cannot Un Pack citing a file missing or unsufficient space.&amp;nbsp; However, I have 165 Gigabyte space.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Support councelor issuing the no. 00-64087-092729052012, did not find any issue.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What should I do know?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:43f01e2e-9556-4f56-91d9-7eb6a3ac2768] --&gt;</description>
