I need help on downloading Captivate. I just started subscribing yesterday. But wen I click download, the message that I got was "413 Header Length too Large." What does that even mean?

SCORM file and HAIKU

Hi,

I need help with uploading SCORM files in Haiku. Everytime I upload the SCORM, it always gives me this message after I click "finish":

"The file you uploaded was not a valid SCORM file. For help troubleshooting common problems with SCORM files, please read this Knowledge Base article. If you need immediate assistance, please click here."

Ok, I must have forgotten a step or two. Could anyone please help me with steps on how to publish? What should I see in the zip file because I can't seem to find the XML file when I look at the decompressed zip file.

Urgent help with the printing of TEB responses

Hi,

I need help on text-entry boxes (TEBs). I have 5 slides with TEBs. I want the users to be able to answer the questions as they go along the course that I am developing and then be able to print all the answers that they wrote in one go. My client wants this as the end-product of the course. Is there any way to consolidate the answers and print them in one sheet?

adding and troubleshooting PDFs in SCORM packages

Hi,

I have a couple of PDF files that I added in my published folder. I zipped it and was ready to upload it in my LMS. However, while I was doing this, I keep getting this message: "incorrect file package - missing imsmanifest.xml or AICC structure". How do I fix this? I saw a reply in one of the pervious discussions to add the files in the imsmanifest.xml but how do you do this? Could anyone please give me a stap by step process. I am a bit of a dummy in this aspect. Thanks!

Creating links to Word, PDF and Powerpoint files

I need advice on how to create links to Word, Powerpoint and PDF files in my Captivate project. How do I also make sure that when my file is published, those links can be accessed by the reader. I am new to this process. Thanks!

Questions are not randomizing in question pool

Help with text-entry boxes

I am relatively new to Captivate 7. I am making a project that has a couple of slides with text-entry boxes (TEBs). They are not scored nor part of the graded quiz. They are more like knowledge-check questions as we go through the course. How do I make sure that they are filled in before moving to the next slide? Is there a way to go about this? The other thing is how exactly does a submit button for this work? I did a preview of my project and the submit button did not seem to be doing anything. Please help.
