      <title>Adobe Presenter 10 won't play - shows blank page</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:663b665e-9441-4b06-8b19-0cabe0c0a1f2] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Adobe Presenter 10 presentation (using PPT 2010 on Windows 7)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;published to zip and HTML&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;uploaded into Blackboard Learn&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;link created to index.htm&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;allowed students to access all files in uploaded and unzipped folder content&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;some users can't view the presentation as it only shows as a white slide&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tried Chrome, IE and Safari and cleared caches&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any suggestions as to what we are doing wrong or are there known issues &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:663b665e-9441-4b06-8b19-0cabe0c0a1f2] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415900470496' /&gt;</description>
