Why my site is not on the top of google search?

Hi,

It's kinda interesting my "Home" page doesn't appear on the google search. Instead it's the second and third page that appears into it.

My site is EFS2 Soccer Clinic | Balance, Awareness & Motor Skills.

If you type "efs2 soccer clinic" in google search. You notice it's the "Fee" page and "More info" page that appears on the list. The "Home" page is nowhere to be found.

I want my Homepage to be in the top list not those 2 pages. How can I do that? I fixed metadata and description on Muse.

About the google webmaster, I sent the sitemap.xml to them few months ago. Still, my site doesn't create structure data on google web search.

Can you please help me on this?

My client has food truck website with location/schedule being change everyday.

How she going to access my site [mobile and desktop]? All she have to do is change the text in a specific text box. I'm hosting business catalyst on this site.

How to change HTML Audio width?

I got the html audio working on my desktop site. But for the mobile - It doesn't look good. The mobile site width is 380 px but the html audio fix width is 580 px. There's an annoying extra space when i publish the mobile site.

I searched on the web they said you can change the width through "css". He did a great example: http://jsfiddle.net/YK72D/

Now my question, where can insert that "css" code in Adobe Muse?

Swipe doesn't work on my mobile.

What is FTP?

I know a lot of people asking this but for me i'm still confused.

I made a website to this client. He wants to upload the mp3 files on his site via FTP.

I told him just send the files to via drop box and I'll upload those to Adobe Muse and publish it to Business Catalyst.

He keep insisting me to use to use Filezilla. He wants me to provide the username and password to him. I really don't know what to say.

So basically, I'm designing the web in Adobe Muse and publish it to Business Catalyst. I buy the domain name in Cheap-registrar.com

How should I respond to my client about this? and is there something that I miss about FTP?

Sitemap.xml: Error in Adobe Muse and Google Webmaster

Hi everyone,

My client site www.efs2soccerclinic.com has problem in sitemap.xml

When I export it as HTML. This is the outcome:

And when I add "sitemap.xml" in Google Webmaster. This is the error description.

"We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit"

My other clients sites works fine except for this one.

Can you please help me on this?

Hi everyone,

I made the website for my client here in muse and business catalyst [dmpro.net]. I bought the domain name at Cheap-registrar.com [wild west domains]

I also bought the emails for my clients at Cheap-registrar.com.

My client is using Microsoft Outlook and they want the nameservers. My problem is, where can I get the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail sever?

Cheap registrar gave me their MX records. Then what's next?

I'm really confuse right now. If someone can guide me that would be great!

How to put link on moblie phone and email on Mobile site?

Hello everyone,

I made a site in desktop and mobile. Just want to ask how do you put link on a phone number and email add?

For example if the viewer check my site on their phone and see the contact number. I want them to click on it and automatically it will start calling the number. The same as the email but it will open a new tab to their mail/gmail/ymail account.

One more thing they can't highlight those bec I used system font (image) on the contact and email.

Parallax Scrolling issue

If you visit my sample site. Click the "Our Concept" from nav. When it scrolls down, you will notice the nav bar moves slowly to the left.

and also when it does the scroll down effect, if you look at the top nav bar, you can see through the back page. My nav bar is already at the top.

How to fix those issue?

My client said he can't access his website on desktop but on his mobile he can.

BTW, he's using the desktop at the library. I'm thinking maybe the library has some "block"program (i don't know what u call it) in their system. Basically, that's all I can explain to my client.

If you know about this or even experience this kind of scenario. Please let me know.

I need your opinion and help everyone.

If you look at my client's site HOME on [desktop]. Look at the .ico. Looks blurry.

and view my site on [mobile]. If you look at the logo. Looks blurry too.

It doesn't look professional. I saved the logo as PNG and I also try to place it on site as PSD. But still.

If you have suggestion how to save or maintain good quality photos let me know!

og:image problem on facebook

Hi everyone

I got a question. Here is my client site EFS2 Soccer Clinic: For balance, Awarenes, & Motor Skills

When you share the link on facebook, It only shows the title, website, and description. No Image.

I went to Facebook Open Graph Object Debugger. It says "Provided og:image could not be downloaded or is not big enough. Please use an image that's at least 200x200px and is accessible from Facebook. Image 'http://www.efs2soccerclinic.com/images/efs2_sc_grassbg.jpg' will be used instead."

The image on the site "The logo with grass in the bg" is png format which I think its good enough for the requirements.

Even when I redirect it to the image <meta property="og:site_name"http://www.efs2soccerclinic.com/images/efs2_soccerclinic_top.png" />. The same results.

Let me know if im missing something. I need to fix this asap.

System font looks pixelated on Web [desktop to mobile]

My site [phone version] has facebook icon and if you click it. It should go to the facebook app, right?

Instead it goes to non-app facebook page and its asking me to log-in.

I'm not a coder but if coding is required maybe you guys can guide step by step.

If you scroll down. There's like photo behind the white bars. Its like a double layer style. I have no idea what you call it but its kinda cool if I apply that.

Does anyone knows how to do it? maybe just basics and from that I can learn little by little.

Hi adobe workers/community,

I did this site for a client [www.dmpro.net] and their email add [David.Higa@dmpro.net] at Intuit [Now Homestead] couple of years ago. But this week, I reconstruct the site in Adobe Muse and use homestead as a server.

My one problem is my boss email add [David.Higa@dmpro.net] doesn't receive any message lately. Is it affected by moving from Intuit to Adobe Muse the reason he can't receive the message?

Import vector shape layers from illustrator to photoshop?

Hi everyone,

I'm on this project that i need to digitize an old artwork. It requires vector (AI) & shading (PS).

I have all line art done in AI. There's like 50 layers on it. The original artwork has "shading" and "highlight" on it used by Air brush.

I just want to import all the layers in photoshop at once. It will be time consuming if i do it one by one SO is there any way that I can transfer all the vector path from AI to PS?

I tried Meshtool and its hard to control. Unlike in Brush tool in PS, I got the freedom to adjust the opacity, softness, etc.

Hopefully there's some way how to do it.

Hi everyone,

I made my website [www.oki-dog.com] at Homestead [Intuit] 2 years ago. I want to transfer it out so I deleted my domain/site in homestead yesterday and re-construct it in Adobe Muse and published it.

The problem is when I click my published site it goes to Homestead homepage instead. I checked the whois site and I found out that Homestead still have my domain name.

I don't know if they own it or not. Link: http://www.who.is/whois/oki-dog.com

I got the new Nameservers from Business Catalyst. I just don't know how to get my original Domain name.

Maybe I'm missing out something here. I'm still a newbie when it comes to web dev stuff.

Should my Layer match my Page?

My site www.oki-dog.com was design and publish under Homestead.com.

Today, I delete that site and domain name in Homestead and move everthing to Muse. I also launched it live and rename the site in business catalyst admin.

The problem is whenever I click or type the site. It goes to Homestead homepage. Is this normal? I meant it will take a while to get the domain name/site?

I'm kinda new on the web development thing just let you know.
