      <title>Specific instances not connecting to DSNs</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:0604cfa5-bca6-4ec3-8699-b3f2ec46dcda] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Very odd issue that has just started with our CF10 environment with 2 of our dev boxes.....I have a box for example that has been configured with 2 instances....dev-app and dev-admin.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Randomly both instances will have issues talking to our DSN's , the main coldfusion admin &lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://localhost/CFIDE/administrator" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://localhost/CFIDE/administrator&lt;/a&gt; communicates no problem with the same set of DSN's.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have 2 boxes out of 15 acting like this....they are all setup exactly the same in terms of virtulization, firewall, etc&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Specific error I receive is &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Connection verification failed for data source: cc_core&lt;br/&gt;java.sql.SQLException: Timed out trying to establish connection&lt;br/&gt;The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: Timed out trying to establish connection&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am at a loss why these boxes are suddenly popping up with these DSN timeouts....I have even rebuilt one of the boxes as far as CF goes but still same issue.....it might work again but I can't have it soo flaky.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:0604cfa5-bca6-4ec3-8699-b3f2ec46dcda] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415921146328' /&gt;</description>

      <title>Issue with using the archive/deploy feature in CF10</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:b406e0cc-669e-4873-a5cd-dcc6bd181f48] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hello, I have created a backup archive using the archive wizard under the packaging and deployment wizard.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This archive is from the parent instance and shows everything that I need to backup in the summary window properly, when I try to deploy this archive to a child instance I notice a few of the settings do not migrate over.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; For example I did a deploy and noticed the mail, web services settings did not migrate over properly, they don't even show up in the summary window pre deploy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If I try to manually add those options in the child instance I receive a generic error and it kicks me back out to the CF Admin login window.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Anyone run into an issue like this before?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:b406e0cc-669e-4873-a5cd-dcc6bd181f48] --&gt;</description>

      <title>question on Coldfusion Administrator/instances</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:cf96f805-b0fc-4e3c-837f-97654db74ce3] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hello I have setup CF10 Enterprise on several sandboxes , each of these sandboxes have been configured with several ColdFusion instances which are of course tied together with IIS using the tomcat java connector.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My question is if I make a change on the main CF Administrator page (&lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/administrator/" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/administrator/&lt;/a&gt;) with a specific setting does it propagate to all of the instances I have created?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Do I have to go into each instances specific CF admin page( &lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/administrator/" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://&amp;lt;instance&amp;gt;/CFIDE/administrator/&lt;/a&gt;) and make a setting change for it to show up when loading up that CF page?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:cf96f805-b0fc-4e3c-837f-97654db74ce3] --&gt;</description>
