Problem while generating word document

Hi,

I get an error " The graphics filter was unable to convert this file ....xx. htm" while generating word document.

I repaired microsoft office suite 2010, but again I get the same error.

Kindly help me.

Why does the images disappear on the printed output?

Hi,

I am using RH 10 for the past few months.

I had imported few html files (with images) into RH and they seem to appear fine on preview (view selected item)

But while publishing into pdf, I find the images are missing the printed output. But the content remains the same.

Why is this so?

Please help me.

Converting existing HTML files into robohelp

Hi,

Previously, our organisation used Eclipse for creating online help for eclipse based application.

Now we wanted to use the same html files in Robohelp (without disturbing the structure of html files arranged in the folder) to build eclipse help and pdf.

While starting Robohelp and creating new project, it is not accepting the folder location with the exisiting html files.. It specifies it needs an empty folder. If I add a new folder, then it creates another copy of the html files in the repository.

We need only one copy of html files in the repository..

Also wanted to know the files which can be deleted from the workspace, once the output (online help, PDF) is generated for avoiding space in the repository.

Integrating Robohelp files and folders in repository

Hi,

I am using robohelp 10 for generating word document and eclipse help.

Now we wanted to publish the outputs from a repository using command line syntax.

As far I know, we have to keep the project files, css, images, baggage files, toc contents in the repository. We dont want the files which will be re-generated during publish to be inside the repository, as it consumes more space.

Could anyone support me for the required files (to be saved in the repository) and the regenrated files (to be removed in the repository for reducing the space)?

table of contents contain duplicate headings in different levels in printed documentation output

In Robohelp 10, the table of contents contain different books at different levels linked to topic files. When it gets published in printed documentation, the books linked to topic files gets published with two heading levels in the table of contents and as well as in the body content.

The published output contains two paragraph spaces between each chapter. Kindly suggest me how avoid/remove the extra spaces between each topic/chapter or book.

header and footer issues in robohelp 10

I am using single source for publishing word and html help. How to update header only for word publish and footer only for html help in Robohelp 10. Please help me.
