Measure the number of times the chm was downloaded?

We're on RH 9 and we're planning on generating HTML Help (and create a link in CQ5 to the chm). Is there any way possible that we could measure the number of times the chm was accessed/downloaded? Or is all this just available in RoboServer?

Publishing RH9 to XML Output?

Can the XML Output get published to CQ5? We're trying to house our online help files on CQ5 and we'd like to use WebHelp but we're hitting some roadblocks with the HTML files. I think CQ5 supports XML and I haven't found any posts anywhere explaining how to publish this type of RH output. When I generate XML Help, the output is a bunch of code. How does this type of output work? Do I hand over files to our developer like with WebHelp or is their coding that needs to be done on our part? I haven't found much info on XML. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Question about behavior I'm getting when viewing WebHelp on CQ5...

I've successfully uploaded WebHelp onto CQ5 and the help opens up beautifully to the start page, HOWEVER, when clicking on every other topic, we get this on our pages:

All the files and folders are present in the DAM (Digital Assets Manager in CQ5). Is it the way CQ5 reads the help the reason we're getting this error? Can anyone think of a workaround/solution to this?

Since the network is really slow, I thought I could work on the topics offline and then check them in when I go into the office, however, whenever i make a change to a topic, I get an error box like this:

I can't make any changes to any topics or snippets, and I've checked my rights as a SC user -- I have all rights. I've also tried checking out files but no can do. I thought I was able to do this offline when WFH. Is there another setting I'm missing? I've looked in the Help and there's not much about working with topics offline, so I'm really not sure what my restrictions are.

Behavior for updating locally-installed AirHelp

I'm generating my help file using RH 9 Air Help (locally-installed) and trying to wrap my head around the behavior of when there's an updated version of help. When the user initially downloads the help to their desktop and when the help is opened each time thereafter, does RoboHelp point to the server (location of help files) each time the user opens the help from their desktop, or are the help files downloaded to the user's desktop? (The latter doesn't seem right if I can auto-update the help contents for locally-installed help.) And if there's an update to the help file, the user is notified of the update, correct? I've worked with RoboHelp (mainly WebHelp) for several years and love the look/feel of AirHelp and its capabilities. I'm just stumped on this one area--one which I need to be ready to answer when I speak with our developers tomorrow. Please help!
