      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:1de4c2e9-d48b-48fb-9d65-ce1aa30c5bf1] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;When I try signing in Adobe Forms Central software I get an error that reads:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A connection with the FormsCentral server could not be established.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp; You might otherwise be connected, but the server or your ISP may be unavailable.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This makes no sense since I am connected to the web and I am able to login into formscentral via the web.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The application installed in my PC however gives me this error.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any ideas, suggestions?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:1de4c2e9-d48b-48fb-9d65-ce1aa30c5bf1] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415934633809' /&gt;</description>

      <title>File Attachment Upload - submit error in Ipad</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:420498ed-4c19-45dd-9012-61810a1e0d87] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I created a webform for my staff to log visits to physician's offices.&amp;nbsp; The form includes a file attach button which works great from a PC.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I downloaded ICab browser app for ipad, and it actually lets me choose file from ipad photo stream/camera roll.&amp;nbsp; However, when I hit "SUBMIT" button on form, they get an error that reads:&amp;nbsp; "An error has occurred.&amp;nbsp; There was an error communicating with the server.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Please try again later."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any ideas as to why I am getting this error when submitting form with file attachment from Ipad?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:420498ed-4c19-45dd-9012-61810a1e0d87] --&gt;</description>
