Issues with panels, all CC programs

I there. I am using the most up to date versions of the Creative Cloud software and have just recently noticed some issues with the drop-down menus on my panels. I have a dual monitor setup, with my main document screen on the left monitor and my panels arranged on the right monitor. One day I noticed that clicking the drop down menu on my character panel, on the right monitor, in Indesign causes the actual menu to open on the left monitor rather than on the right. This also happens for the Transform menus, Stroke, Gradient, etc. It is also happening with panels in Illustrator and Photoshop, although not as frequently in Photoshop. I'm currently using a Mac Pro, OS ver. 10.9.5. I've tried completely uninstalling CC and reinstalling with no luck. Would this be some kind of weird software glitch or is it hardware related? I'm actually starting to get used to it, but it does get frustrating and would be greatly appreciated if anyone knew of a possible fix for this.

**Examples of my random, floating drop-down menus**

I select anything from this panel....

The menu opens on the opposing monitor. It's as if the software things all of my panels are on the left monitor rather than the right.

Thanks!!!
