US Data Center Down?

Is US datacenter experiencing problems? I can not login to my sites nor connect via SFTP.

Why does BC have so many issues in the data center?

It just seems there are site connection and email problems way too often? I just don't have much confidence in up-time promises my clients need. Is this something engineering is trying to address or are there big changes going on that are causing temporary instability?

Gift Vouchers via API

I have searched the API docs and asked BC support with no solution as of yet so they suggested posting my question here. Thanks in advance for reading.

I need to some how cancel / delete a gift voucher if that voucher is used via an external application. I want the customer to be able to use this voucher in a retail environment or online but not both.

I have successfully added an order via the API using a gift voucher as the payment type but there is not a field for the gift voucher code being used that I can find so the same gift voucher code remains active.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Form Size Limitations?

I see that an account includes "unlimited data" and is limited by the number of forms and form submission. Is there a limit to the size of any one form and/or the number of form fields allowed per form?

Referencing state-specific properties in AS

I am having trouble accessing state-specific properties in actionscript in a custom button skin.

For example, in the updateDisplayList function I can reference the color of a gradiant (gr1) like this:

var f1:uint = getStyle("firstFill");

if (firstFill != f1) {
firstFill = f1;
gr1.color = firstFill;
}

However I can't figure out how to reference the over state of the same. In other words, this causes an error:

var f1:uint = getStyle("firstFill");

if (firstFill != f1) {
firstFill = f1;
gr1.color.over = firstFill;
}

Any help here would be much appreciated.
