CRM Activity Report

I need a report in BC to show all the contacts in the CRM with name, contact information, company name and a list of their activity (opened email, clicked on link, etc). There is a list of the Activity in the Activity tab under each contact but I am unable to run a report with the information. I realize that there is no set Custom form with Activity (they forgot to ask sales and marketing what they really need on these report).

The only alternative I know is to download the entire database which should include the Activity -- but I don't see a way to do that.

WHY would they not include this report as standard? It is much more valuable to a sales and marketing team than some of the other goofy reports. We want our sales staff to reach out to be able to rate and score each contact based on their level of activity and then have sales follow-up. For example if someone opened an email campaign 10 times in two days and click the same link 4 times, they would make an excellent prospect to follow-up with a phone call. But it's pretty hard to make this happen without a report.

Any ideas?

Interior Design Template slider problem

Can anyone help me with the Interior design template? I edited the title tag and suddenly the sliders decided to stack on top of each other. I figured that the home page template must be screwed up so I created a new site with the template. I copied and pasted the Home page code into a new Page Template on the site and changed the module numbers. But the sliders are still stacking on each other.

How do I add 3 price payment options in the payment form in the event module?

We have one event each month. The event has three price points, members, non-members and students. It's the same each month. How do I add a price selection drop down option (or other method) in the payment form with the events?

Right side bar problems with BC template

I'm using the BC template that was called Cadca from themforest. It has a nice thumbnail portfolio gallery with a drop down menu called Categories. I am trying to use the Categories feature on another page WITHOUT the thumbnail feature. The problem is that it seems to over ride the class="box_one_third last". Which means that any box with box_one_third now has a preview_icon showing up on the box.

http://www.eplusmarketing.com/video-sample-testimonial_4.html Look next to the pie chart on the right side bar you'll see a shadow of the preview icon peeking out. Plus notice the sidebar and the main content the dividing line graphic disappeared.

The problem I'm having is with a sidebar that has the box_one_third. I tired to change it to: box_one_half and the side bar slides under the main content as shown here:

the preview icon is gone, the nice dividing graphic is back, but it is no longer a side bar. The entire sidebar moved under the main content.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Video Gallery using iframes and Prettyphoto

I also posted this in the Web app section because I thought that might be the best solution. But I think I really need help with the script so that I can create a page for a video gallery using thumbnail photos. These thumbnail photos will be hotlinked so that a lightbox will appear on the same page with the video.

Here's the code that I have. It doesn't work. The thumbnail will appear and so will the light box, but the video doesn't appear.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Adding video using iframes

Does anyone have a good solutions to make a video gallery on a page using iframes code, NOT from YouTube? I partnered with a video company and they gave me code to their portfolio videos which I can put on my site. However, I'm not finding a good way to have a thumbnail which can either open a lightbox on the same page and play the video or open a new window. At this point, I'm not going to be picky.

I was trying to use Web app program but it wasn't working. I have a variety of videos to show and wanted to arrange them in categories, but the Web app is not an ideal solution.

I get the video to work but it opens a large page which looks goofy. Plus, the video shows a > right above the video box.

I would really like to have the thumbnail open a lightbox which will play the video and have a link to play the next video as an option.

Any ideas?

Change: Web form, Submit Button in BC Template

I can't find where to change the background color of the Web form, submit button. I'm using a BC template and looked in the CSS but can't find it. In the html it says cat_button and catwebformbutton but I don't see that either in the CSS. I even tried searching for the roll-over color (which I also want to change) and can't find it either.
