I have been trying to cancel/delete a site for sometime now. I am getting the error that I have to go to support and submit a ticket top cancel the site. Does anyone know what URL this is or how I submit a ticket to get this done?

mx record to give to an external dns

I just need to know what the mx record is for my eFusion site. I am forwarding the dns to another site; and, I want to use the email of my eFusion site. To do this I need to put into the dns MX record the eFusion mx record name the format of which I do not know. Has anyone used a dns for host and mail from eFusion? What is the format of the MX record for whatevername@company1.com when the email is being handled by eFusion?
