Cannot Log Into my site.com/Admin - 404 Error

For the past 16 hours I have not been able to log into the Admin site of my site. Clicking on Manage in the Partner Portal gives the same result.

AND, my site does not seem to be listed on the web. I have double checked DNS from GoDaddy but they seem correct. No BC chat available.

New User Frustrated with Slices!

Hello All, I am a new user and haveing a problem with the slices. I was sent a .psd file with slices already in the file. One slice needs to be enlarged - no problem. BUT, when I save for the web and upload the new .jpg's which were generated the positioning is all messed up with the slice I changed as well as with other slices.

What am I doing wrong? See my silly screen shot below. The shifted square is my "adjusted slice".
