Unable to generate printed documentation

I'm using Robohelp 9 with Windows 7, office 2007 and trying to generate printed documentation. I've adjusted security in MS Word and go through the setup in single source options in robohelp but when it gets to the point of trying to generate printed output it seems to get stuck on Processing documents. I try to cancel out but nothing happens and am forced to control quit.

Am I missing some kind of configuration options?

I've just updated my system and went from Windows XP to Windows 7 and had to reinstall the Tech. Communication Suite 3 but can't find how to install robosource. On my windows XP system there was a folder under the progream directory titled Robosource but it's not longer there. I checked in the Adobe directory...nothing...in the Robohelp 9 directory....nothing.

can anyone help?

I have some java code that I need to add within the header of every topic in my help project. Is there an easy way to do this instead of individually adding topic by topic?

Where's my preview topic window gone?

I'm using Robohelp 9 and didn't have a problem with this previously but I think I might have moved the preview window off of the display by accident and now when I click on preview nothing opens up (or at least not that I can see).

Is there a simple fix to this problem?

link with relative path includes root folder

I'm hoping someone can help me. When I convert a Word file to PDF with a relative path to another document, for some reason Acrobat includes the root directory with the path so the link won't work. Even when I go in and try and edit the link using Acrobat Pro and save the document, the system sitll adds the root directory as a default. What's up with that?

example:

/directory with file/sub directory with file/sub sub directory with file/my document.pfs

defauts upon save to:

C://my documents/

/directory with file/sub directory with file/sub sub directory with file/my document.pfs

problems editing links

I have Acrobat Pro and I am trying to edit a link in a PDF document. I select tools, click on the link option and then select the link. A box appears around it but when I double click on the box to open the properties of the link nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? previous versions of Acrobat Pro allowed this or by right clicking and choosing Edit.

Copying and Pasting Style Issues

Is there an issue with styles and robohelp 9? for some reason my style sheet that I brought in with my project from a previous version of robohelp is not behaving in robohelp 9. I can select text and apply a style to it but nothing happens? some times I have to double click on it several times before the style actually gets applied?

I am also having troubles when I copy and paste from an html source to robohelp that the system seems to hang onto the source style and won't let me change it???

am I doing something wrong?
