How do I run Photoshop once it has been installed?

Every Cloud page seems to want to take me back to the minute I was introduced to that Dark Cloud, showing products and how to buy being the only relevant service. I have already installed Cloud, attempted in frustration to TRY the whole enchilada plan, then a single app plan both without result, save frustration. I then BOUGHT the Photography plan with promiscuous simplicity, downloaded the Cloud file 2, which initiated an Installer progress bar and an anticlimactic zero result. Where would Photoshop hide:? Where was the familiar program initialization dialogue? My account menu listed Products available, plans, purchasing info ad nauseum. Who are these Cloud programmers? Adobe should be ashamed of this street-mentality marketing.
