Problem with adding a server in Coldfusion Builder 3

My Coldfusion 11 server is running in a virtual machine.

When I add a server I enter following data:

Server Name: CF KOV

Application Server: CF+Tomcat

Host name: 192.168.0.100

Webserver port: 8500

Select 'Is Remote'

This will add a server which status is 'Stopped'.

When I read the manual of Coldfusion Builder 3 I see that I have to start a Admin Server Instance with adminstart.bat
This adminstart.bat isn't installed.

Where can I find this bat file?

Should I stop the service 'ColdFusion 11 Application Server' and all other Coldfusion services?

While installing COldfusion 11 I used the option 'Server configuration' and not the 'JEE configuration'

We are testing a new webserver: Windows Server 2012 Standard and Coldfusion 11

When I add a using <cfldap> it takes 15 seconds before the user appears in the Active Directory Users and Computers.

On our previous webserver, Windows Server 2003, the user appears immediately in the AD.

Is this a Coldfusion problem or a AD problem?

Copy settings from CF9 to CF11

We want to move from Coldfusion 9 to Coldfusion 11.

Is there a way to copy all setiings from CF9 to CF11?

I tried it with a Coldfusion Archive, create in CF9 and deploy it in CF11.
The problem was that there were no settings imported, for example the Data Sources were not imported.

Is there another way?

upgrade to coldfusion 11

I'm working for a few years on a school.
When I started working they were using Coldfusion 9 Enterprise.

I would like to upgrade to Coldfusion 11 Standard.
Looking at Buying guide | Adobe ColdFusion I can' t see a reason to buy the Enterprise for our small website.
Or is there a good reason?

Is it possible to upgrade from Coldfusion 9 Enterprise to a Coldfusion 11 Standard and migrate it from one server to another?

Connect with Exchange server

We are using Coldfusion 9 and Exchange Server 2010.
I installed the certificate in CF 9.

The Exchange server is configured for using OWA.

With the follwing code:

<cfexchangeConnection

action="open"

username="<username>"

password="<password>"

server="<ip-address>"

protocol="https"

connection="testconn1">

I get following error:

Unable to connect to the Exchange server using HTTP/HTTPS protocol.

HTTP response code : 302

Anybody any ideas how to cennect with CF 9 to Exchange 2010?
