Separate Log-in's for Business

Our company purchased several licenses for Acrobat Pro XI. How do we establish separate log-in's. I keep getting asked if I want an upgrade and we already have this.

I have tried to install Acrobat XI Pro Win ESD mutiple times without success! It gets as far as set-up and then I get this error message: "No valid sequence could be found for the set of patches." I've been trying to do this for over a week!

Trying to install Acrobat Pro XI onto Windows and get this message when running set-up:

No valid sequence could be found for the set of patches. Any suggestions?
