      <title>Can Reflow files be imported to Dreamweaver to use as Templates?</title>

But with the same Navi, footer and some template elements that cannot be edited. When I am on the brush tool or any tool that isn't the pointer tool, I cannot zoom, undo, or do anything but that tool. I need to click out of the tool first.
