prosite not available in your country

This morning I woke upi and went to do some updates in my prosite account and got this message

ProSite Isn't Available In Your Country

ProSite isn't currently offered in your country or region. If you no longer live in this country or region, you can change the country associated with your account using these instructions

. If you'd like, we can notify

you when Creative Cloud (which includes ProSite) becomes available in your area.

I dont know how this is possible since I have been working with prosite for over a year now.

Is this a bug. is there anyone out there experiencing the same problem.

I am from Malta. EUROPE.

Photoshop cc Possible Bug in Animation Timeline when adding a new Text Layer

I am trying to prepare a very simple gif. I have 3 photos in the composition and a text layer.

I created three layers put a photo in each and then i had a text layer for some text.

I created the timeline composition and everything seemed fine.

However when i got the idea to create another text layer and i simply added a layer in the layers panel, then photoshop does not like it.

I get "Could not complete request because of a programme error".

It does not restore or resolve to anything just this message keep popping up leaving me with no option to force quit.

I reopened the saved file and tried it again and again it happened.

My questions to all kind souls out there are

a) did it every happen to you ?

b) is this posisbly a bug that could be fixed?
